Shipping policy

Shipping to the continental US should be included in your total at checkout, only shipments outside the continental US will be separate and should be in accordance to a previously set agreement between Mojave Cactus Gardenworks LLC & the customer (Purchaser), this would not be automated.

We only offer free shipping in Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley in California, which constitutes our local free shipping. Only in predetermined hours: 8 am and 1 pm, Monday - Friday. delivered in orderly fashion by our staff. Out-of-hour deliveries are available but may incur additional cost, please call, text or WhatsApp: (442) 414-6947.

We usually pick the best option for us to deliver, including but not limited to: USPS, UPS, FedEx. 

Shipping will include the product and any necessary packaging material, that can include cardboard, plastic, paper, etc. Although we strive to send the package as quickly and safely a possible, we do not control the shipping and delivery process and damage is a possibility, please contact us as soon as you receive your package in case there is any damage.
